How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page.
- Log in to Kafkana
- Tap your icon in the top right and open "Account settings" from the menu
- In the plan section, select "Cancel subscription"
- Follow the on-screen steps to complete the cancellation
After cancellation
- After cancelling, you keep your plan benefits until the end of the current period.
- Your points, the characters you created, and your chat history are not deleted when you cancel.
- Payments already made are not refunded.
- Once your renewal date passes, you are charged for the next term. The automatic renewal runs early in the morning on that date, so please cancel with some time to spare

If you can't find "Cancel subscription", your plan may already be cancelled, or it may not auto-renew. Check your plan status on the Account page.
