Additional Fees

Consumption tax is included in all displayed prices. Customers are responsible for their own internet connection and communication fees.

Payment Timing

Point packs: charged at time of purchase. Subscriptions: charged at initial signup and automatically on the monthly renewal date thereafter.

Returns, Cancellations & Mid-term Termination

Due to the nature of digital content, purchases are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
  • Service could not be provided due to technical issues on our side
  • Within 24 hours of point purchase and points remain unused

To cancel a subscription, visit your Account Settings page at least 3 days before the next renewal date. You will continue to have access until the end of the current billing period. See Section 6 of the Terms of Service for details.

Return Shipping

No physical returns occur as all products are digital content (N/A).
