Additional Fees

Consumption tax is included in all displayed prices. Customers are responsible for their own internet connection and communication fees.

Your statement will show "OVERSEAS PURCHASE". Because payments are routed through the processor's network, neither the Kafkana service name nor our company name appears on the statement.

Payment Timing

Point packs: charged at time of purchase. Subscriptions: charged at initial signup and automatically on the monthly renewal date thereafter.

Delivery Timing

Immediate upon successful payment (points credited to account / subscription features activated).

Returns, Cancellations & Mid-term Termination

Due to the nature of digital content, all purchases are non-refundable (including subscriptions, point purchases, and content purchased with points).
The only exception: if the service could not be provided due to a technical failure on our side, we will address it individually.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Settings page. You will continue to have access until the end of the current billing period. See Section 7 of the Terms of Service for details.

Return Shipping

No physical returns occur as all products are digital content (N/A).
