No. Once a conversation is reset or deleted, it is permanently erased and cannot be restored.
The character's memory is erased at the same time, so the relationship starts over from the first meeting.
Before resetting, make sure you're ready to let the conversation go. If anything matters to you, copy it or take screenshots first.
