When do I receive my monthly points?

Your monthly subscription points are granted automatically on the same day each month, based on the date you first subscribed.
- Example: if you subscribed on June 15, points arrive on the 15th of every month
- Premium: 1,500 points per month
- Premium Plus: 3,500 points per month
On 3-month and 12-month plans
You are billed upfront for the term, but points are still granted monthly, on your subscription anniversary day.
If your points don't seem to have arrived, reload the page and check your balance on the Points page. If the issue persists, contact us via the support form.
