Anti-Trafficking & Anti-Exploitation Policy

Appligon Inc. ("we") oppose human trafficking, sexual exploitation and forced labor in every form, and we do not tolerate any use of Kafkana that promotes, glorifies or facilitates them.

This policy is codified as Article 5 of our Terms of Service and applies to every user as a condition of using the service.

Users must not:

• Generate, request or distribute content that depicts, promotes, glorifies or facilitates human trafficking, sex trafficking or sexual exploitation
• Generate, request or distribute content that depicts, promotes or glorifies forced labor, bonded labor or servitude
• Broker, arrange or solicit real-world sexual services (including prostitution, compensated dating and escort arrangements), or post contact details or links that lead to them
• Coerce anyone into sexual acts or into producing sexual content against their will, or post information that facilitates such coercion

So that this policy is more than a statement, we enforce it at four stages.

1. At generation. Every image and video prompt is machine-screened, and generation itself is refused when terms relating to trafficking, sexual exploitation, forced labor or minors are detected — the request is blocked before anything is generated, not deleted afterwards. These elements are also carried in the negative prompt on every generation, unconditionally.
2. At publication. Publishing a user-created character requires an application to us. Auto-approval is disabled by default: a human operator reviews every submission — text, settings and generated images — before approving or rejecting it.
3. After publication (scheduled). All published content is machine-scanned in full every month against our prohibited-term dictionary, and the date and match count of each run are recorded. Matches are reviewed individually by an operator, who unpublishes or deletes anything found to breach this policy.
4. On report (continuous). Reports received through our channels are acknowledged within 2 business days and investigated and resolved within 7 business days. Where a crime is suspected, we report to the police or other law enforcement and cooperate with their investigation.

Both channels are acknowledged within 2 business days and resolved within 7 business days.

Every character, image, video and voice we provide is wholly AI-generated fiction. Nothing is a photograph or recording of a real person.

There are therefore no performers in our service, and no possibility of exploiting one. This policy prohibits users from using our service to promote trafficking or exploitation in the real world.
