How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account at any time from your Account page:

1. Log in to Kafkana
2. Tap your icon in the top right and open "Account settings" from the menu
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select "アカウントを削除" (Delete account) in the danger zone
4. In the confirmation dialog, select "アカウントを完全に削除する" (Permanently delete my account) at the very bottom — the pink button above it is "キャンセル" (Cancel)

Before you delete

• If your plan is still set to auto-renew, the account cannot be deleted yet. Cancel the plan first, then try again (otherwise you would keep being charged after the account is gone). If you have already cancelled and only the remaining period is left, you can delete the account right away.
• Chat history, generated images and videos, and any remaining points are permanently erased and cannot be recovered.
• Any remaining paid period is lost at that point, and it is not refunded.
• Characters you published remain on the service because other users are chatting with them (their link to your account is removed).
