How do I change my payment card?

We're sorry — there is currently no way to change the card registered on an active plan.
To switch cards, cancel your current plan and subscribe again with the new card.
- Log in to Kafkana
- Tap your icon in the top right and open "Account settings" from the menu
- In the plan section, select "Cancel subscription"
- Follow the on-screen steps to complete the cancellation
- After cancelling, subscribe again with your new card from the plans page
The same applies when your card expires
Expired cards are not renewed automatically. Your plan will simply not renew, so please subscribe again with a new card.
When to resubscribe
You keep your plan until the end of the current period. If you resubscribe while time is still remaining, the two periods will overlap, so we recommend waiting until your current period is nearly over.
One-time point pack purchases ask for card details each time, so this does not apply to them.
