Am I eligible for a refund?

Due to the nature of digital content, Kafkana does not issue refunds after purchase. This applies to subscriptions, point purchases, and content purchased with points.

  • Cancelling a subscription does not refund payments already made (you keep access until the end of the current billing period)
  • Unused points are not refundable
  • Issues caused by your device or internet connection are not eligible for refunds

The one exception

If a technical failure on our side prevented us from delivering what you paid for, we will make it right. Contact us via the support form with the details, purchase date, and amount.
