Why did a character disappear?

Characters may become temporarily unavailable for reasons such as:
- Character improvements and updates
- Content quality and safety reviews
- Technical adjustments
Removals are not necessarily permanent — characters sometimes return after being reworked. While we can't promise the return of any specific character, we truly understand how much they can mean to you, and we pass that along to the team.
Even if a character is unlisted, your chat history and purchased content are not deleted.
