How do voice features work?

There are two ways to enjoy your character's voice.

Voice messages

Play a chat message in the character's voice.

• Cost: 3 points per playback

Voice calls

Talk with your character in real time.

• Cost: 90 points per minute
• Microphone permission is required — choose "Allow" when your browser asks

No sound or mic not working?

1. Check that your device isn't muted or in silent mode
2. Check that the microphone is set to "Allow" in your browser's site settings
3. Close other apps that may be using the microphone (calling apps, etc.)
4. If it still doesn't work, try a different browser
